Pierce Hollingsworth, Founder and President
Pierce is an innovative integrated marketing and media professional with a strong background in creating, growing, and modernizing companies and brands. He also has extensive background with major consumer packaged goods and technology companies such as Tyson Foods, General Mills, Kraft Heinz, SAP, IBM, Jack Links, Crayola, and many other Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he headed Custom Media at EnsembleIQ, which includes Progressive Grocer and the Path to Purchase Institute. Pierce also is on the adjunct faculty at Northwestern University.
Mike Cacicio, Partner and Senior Strategist
Mike is a seasoned senior strategist and founder of Make It Happen Now, a consulting practice that has helped new, emerging, and established companies amp up their growth potential. Prior to that, Mike was a Partner at Slack and Company, a global B2B integrated marketing communications agency. Mike also spent more than 17 years as a senior executive at Information Resources, Inc. (iRI) where he led client service and new business development and served on the executive management committee for Advanced Analytics and Testing Services.
Lib Brewster, Senior Content Leader
A 30-year veteran of food industry media, Lib has edited publications including Grocerant Solutions and Retail Leader magazines, and has managed custom digital and print projects for a variety of major food and beverage companies and the Institute of Food Technologists. Based in Evanston, Illinois, she has also written for and edited both consumer and business publications covering food, nutrition and consumer issues, including Chicago Tribune and Spirit of Women magazine.
Tim Hedrich, Senior Creative Architect
Energetic idea champion regarded for expertise in integrated marketing, corporate identity, communication strategy and brand building. A marketing strategist and creative director offering guidance to businesses operating within the retail, technology, association, publishing, entertainment and consumer packaged goods industries. Tim has worked with both Fortune 500 firms and smaller business-to-business organizations, directing high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that include multi-channel advertising, direct mail, event promotion, public relations and more. Prior to founding Hedrich Creative Group in late 2005, Tim held marketing appointments with Life Fitness, Quaker Oats, Hoyt Publishing, the In-Store Marketing Institute and, most recently, as Director of Marketing Services of NCH Marketing Services, a Valassis Communications company.
Robb Emmett, Senior Videographer
In creating video content that is interesting to watch, efficient to produce, and focused on the right message, video director and editor Robb Emmett helps clients build interest and trust with their customers, adding impact to their marketing and advertising dollars. He earned a media production degree from Northwestern University, and has more than a decade of experience working in video and television production. He loves what he does, and one of the greatest joys he has as a creative professional is using his talents in visual storytelling to help others succeed at what they do.
Vito Palmisano, Senior Visual Arts Advisor
Vito has been a top photographer since 1975. His specialties include aerial, advertising, corporate, editorial, panoramic, and underwater. He also has a large and growing portfolio featured through Getty Images. As an associate, Vito has photographed scores of magazine cover stories, mostly on location, including Fortune 500 CEO’s and manufacturing and retail operations. He has won numerous awards for his photography and ability to use photography to tell a story.
